Bee's Knees

The Bee's Knees Cocktail is a classic, refreshing drink that can be made with or without gin. It's not too sweet and the honey gives it just enough flavor to make it different than other drinks. Give this one a try!

Ingredients

• 2 ounces gin

• 3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed

• 1/2 ounce honey syrup

• Garnish: lemon twist

Steps

1. Add the gin, lemon juice and honey syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
